PREREQUISITE TO ALL 200 LEVEL ART COURSES. THIS IS A 13-WEEK HYBRID COURSE. ALL REQUIRED MEETINGS WILL TAKE PLACE WITHIN THE SCHEDULED MEETING TIMES, EITHER ON ZOOM OR ON-CAMPUS STUDIO WORK SESSIONS WITH A NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS MEETING CURRENT CDC GUIDELINES. MEETINGS, CRITIQUES, PRESENTATIONS, AND DEMONSTRATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE DURING CLASS MEETING TIMES VIA ZOOM AND AT THE STUDENTS' CONVENIENCE VIA CANVAS, VIDEO TUTORIALS, AND WEB RESOURCES.  
INTENDED FOR NON-MAJORS AS WELL AS FULFILLING THE FOUNDATIONS FINE ARTS REQUIREMENT.   
FULFILLS THE BA DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT IN THE ARTS.  
FULFILLS GENERAL ED. REQUIREMENT FOR THE ARTS.

THIS IS A HYBRID COURSE. 25-75% OF COURSE IS ONLINE AND ASYNCHRONOUS, SOME PORTIONS IN-PERSON,IN TRADITIONAL CLASSROOM SETTING. IF NOT INDICATED BY MEETING PATTERN, INSTRUCTOR SYLLABUS WILL DIRECT STUDENTS REGARDING IN-PERSON REQUIREMENTS. .
THIS IS AN INTENSIVE 13-WEEK SESSION CLASS THAT FOLLOWS A COMPRESSED TIME SCHEDULE: AUGUST 24, 2020 THROUGH NOVEMBER 22, 2020.
